GENERAL DISCLAIMER

TreeKid will make every effort to ensure a product is accurately depicted on the website; however, you acknowledge that sizes, colours and packaging may differ slightly from what is displayed on the website.
TreeKid is working every day to improve the design of our garment to prolong their life cycle and allow the items to grow with your little ones. All our products are designed to be worn for at least 3 years by adjusting up to 4 sizes, but this can differ depending on your child's growth. When choosing sizes, it is recommended to always order your current child’s size, never bigger. Only pick the next size up if your child is growing extremely fast or is in-between sizes.
If your child has grown out of an item, TreeKid encourages you to return the garment back to our studio to give it another life. If the item is in good condition, you will be rewarded with a voucher/credit note up to 25% of the amount paid for your next purchase. Your pre-loved garment will be repaired and returned to our second-hand shop, and a percentage of the proceeds will be donated.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Full refund or exchange of the product will be given if the item has a major failure (due to, for example, materials or manufacturing defects), or in case an allergy is caused by the natural fabrics or dyes/wax used. Items must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date in its original condition (preferably with tags attached) and intact. Any shipping costs incurred will be also refunded.  Please contact hello@treekid.com.au as soon as possible if the garment you purchased doesn't meet this criteria.
TreeKid products are designed to high standards of quality and have the strictest quality control. In case one of our garments does not perform to your satisfaction after being worn or presents with a minor fault within 3 months from the purchase date, you may return it to us for repair or replacement. Please contact hello@treekid.com.au as soon as possible to arrange this. Shipping costs will be covered by us if we agree there is a fault.
Refunds are not available once the garment has being worn, except where there is a major failure in the garment or it caused an allergic reaction. In other certain circumstances, a credit note equivalent to amount paid can be issued.
Damage caused by wear and tear will be repaired at a minimum charge to extend the life of the garment. For repairs, the shipping cost will be covered by customers.
No refund for change of mind - exchange or credit will be available within 14 days. Please contact hello@treekid.com.au if you are not happy with your purchase.
TreeKid encourages its customers to follow the care labels attached to the garment to prolong the life of it. Considering that NO NASTY CHEMICALS are used in the product manufacturing, our garments may fade away quicker than you expected if the care instructions are not followed.
